Supplements and Bath & Body products we ship with PostNL (only in The Netherlands) and with DHL (in The Netherlands and in EU). If you are not at home, the deliverer will offer the package again the next day or pick up from pick up point. If you are not at home again, you will receive a note with which you can pick up the package yourself at the nearest post office or DHL service point.

Rest Wear are shipped with DHL directly from our printing facility, therefore if your order contains Rest Wear and Supplements or Bath & Body products, you will receive your order in two separate packages - but no worries, you don't need to pay for shipment twice.

PLEASE NOTE: PostNL will store your package at the post office for 2 weeks. If you do not collect the package within this period, the package will be returned to us. If you want the package to be sent again, we charge € 6.95 shipping/handling costs.

Track & trace: As soon as your package has been presented to PostNL by us, you will receive the invoice by email and a track & trace code to follow the package. With every status change in track & trace you will also receive a short update by email.

Delivery time

Based on our stock, the delivery time is indicated per product. We use a professional stock management system. You can be sure that the delivery times on the website are reliable.

In stock: Orders placed and paid for on working days before 2:30 PM via Ideal or Credit Card are guaranteed to be shipped the same day.

Out of stock: We will order the desired product for you. As soon as the products have been received by us, your package will be sent. On average, the delivery time in this case is 3-5 working days.

Cooling off period / trial period:

You can return the purchased products up to 14 days after receipt of one of our products without stating a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the products. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. You may not open a sealed package. Are you doing this? Then you are locked into the sale.

Can you use the product? No, you are not allowed to use the product. After all, the entrepreneur must be able to sell the product to someone else if you return it.

What can you do? You may do the same as when you buy something in a store. For example, you may turn on a laptop or television to assess. But, for example, running a washing machine is not allowed.

If you want to return the product(s) please follow the below instructions:

Download the return form and fill it in completely - see the attached form below. Rest Amsterdam checks within 5 working days of receipt whether your product(s) and packaging are not damaged. If your return shipment meets the above criteria, the amount will be refunded to your account. When the amount is refunded to your account, it concerns the amount of the product, (if applicable) the shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed. Legally, we have 14 days to refund your money. However, this usually happens within a week.
